Saving Our Women was founded 1995 when God spoke to Rose Parker, when she was in prison doing life. Rose facilitated Breaking Barriers and Victim Impact Awareness classes, He revealed the ministry and named it. Rose Parker had been in CIW prison for 15 years when former California Governor Gray Davis signed her release in 2000 stating that Rose had suffered from BATTERED WOMEN SYNDROME in a domestic violence relationship, and the law was not in effect to protect Ms Parker.

Since the unveiling of her book, Beat Up, Beat Down and STILL STANDING the Rose Parker Story, Dr. Rose has been throughout the USA & Jamaica promoting her book of HOPE. When I was in prison   Bishop T.D. Jakes and Woman Thou Art Loosed Conference satellited into the prison,it helped change my life.
